Do you have WiFi?
Yes – all cottages have business broadband with wifi and it’s included free of charge.

Are children accepted?
Yes – children of all ages are welcome. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. Baby-sitting service available.

Can I bring my dog?
One or two dogs most welcome by arrangement. £20 per dog per week or part week.

Do you allow smoking guests?
Yes – but smoking is only allowed in the gardens and courtyards.

Are your rental rates inclusive?

Do your cottages have central heating?
Yes, all cottages are fully centrally heated with up-to-date combi gas boilers.

Do you provide towels?
Yes, bath and hand towels, also tea towels.

Do you provide essentials?
Yes. We provide supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, loo paper, kitchen roll, shower gel, hand wash, cling film, wash machine tablets etc.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests may check in from 3pm. Check out is 10am.

What are your cancellation terms?
Cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival date are charged at the full rate.
